How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials
To carry out this activity, you will need:
- a MDF wooden board (25 x 15 cm)
- a large wooden thermometer
- a wooden word "Dad"
- letter stickers
- rubber heart stickers
- two metal drawing clips
- nano tape
- a pair of scissors
Step 1
Cut a piece of nano tape about ten centimeters long and stick it to the back of the wooden thermometer.
Step 2
Stick the thermometer to the MDF wooden support approximately 5 mm from the edge.
Step 3
Use a small piece of nano tape to stick the wooden word "Dad".
Align it with the top of the thermometer.
Step 4
Use the letter stickers to write "You melt my heart".
A cute little message winking at the function of the thermometer!
Step 5
Complete the decoration of the wooden support by sticking on colorful heart stickers.
Step 6
To hang your thermometer on a wall, here’s a simple tip: use two metal clamps clipped to the top of the wooden support. This way, it will be easy to hang it with 2 nails (for better stability)!
You can hang the thermometer outside, but we recommend placing it in a sheltered spot away from the wind and rain.
