How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Step 1
Cut out your photo, then stick the photo onto the inner face of the heart using varnish glue. Make sure the image is oriented towards this part. Let it dry.
Step 2
Apply the paint to the entire underside of the heart by dabbing it with a foam applicator.
Step 3
Once the paint is dry, apply a new layer of varnish-glue over the cutout and the paint to secure everything to the surface.
Step 4
On the top part, write the child's first name with a glass marker.
