In this Halloween craft activity, simple and incredibly fun, children will create floating glow-in-the-dark ghosts that will send shivers of joy…!
A piece of white fabric, some white PVA glue, and two googly eyes are all that's needed to make this lovely Halloween decoration. The fabric is soaked in glue, then placed over a support to dry and take on a ghostly shape. Once hardened, all that's left is to stick on the eyes: guaranteed effect!

How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials:
To create a small glowing ghost, you will need the following:
- a piece of white fabric
- white PVA glue
- a polystyrene ball
- a plastic cup
- 2 googly eyes
- an LED candle
- adhesive dots
- a glue gun
- a plastic dish
- a protective mat
Step 1:
Securely attach the polystyrene ball to the upside-down plastic cup using a glue gun.
This step creates a head and body structure that will serve as a support for the fabric.
Step 2:
Pour a sufficient amount of PVA white glue into a small plastic cup.
Step 3:
Completely soak a piece of fabric in the glue by dipping it in the dish.
Make sure to coat it well so that, once dry, it retains a rigid shape and stands upright.
Step 4:
Gently cover the ball and the cup with the damp cloth. Let the fabric drape naturally around the support to create the folds of the ghost. Adjust with your hands as necessary to give it a harmonious shape.
Then allow to dry for at least 24 hours so that the fabric hardens and retains its shape.
Step 5:
Once the fabric is firm, gently remove the polystyrene ball and the plastic cup.
Only the shape of the hollow ghost will remain inside.
Step 6:
Glue two googly eyes onto the hardened fabric using double-sided adhesive dots.
Step 7:
Install a small LED candle under the ghost.
Turn off the room light to enjoy the glow effect and admire the result!
