Halloween Window Decorations (Suncatchers)

To make sun catchers you will need:

- A sheet of translucent PVC

- Glue varnish 

- Tissue paper 

- Thick black and white paper sheets

- A black permanent marker

- A pair of scissors

- White adhesive paste

To start, cut a sheet of PVC in half across the width.

Cut out about 50 squares of light green tissue paper and 50 orange squares, varying the sizes.

For the Frankenstein:

Use glue varnish with a brush to stick the green tissue paper squares onto almost the entire surface of the PVC sheet. To do this, apply the glue varnish on the PVC sheet, attach the tissue paper squares, and then apply another layer of varnish on top.

Once the surface of the support is covered, let the varnish dry for about 30 minutes.

Using a sheet of thick black paper, cut out the hair, the outline of the face, the eyebrows, the nose, and the mouth. 

Then cut out the eyes from a thick white sheet of paper and draw the pupils with a black permanent marker.

Using white glue, stick the different elements onto the PVC sheet as shown in the photo.

And finally, cut out the outline of the monster.

For the pumpkin:

Using a brush, apply glue-varnish to adhere the orange squares of tissue paper onto most of the surface of the PVC sheet. To do this, apply the glue-varnish to the sheet, stick the squares of tissue paper, and then apply another layer of varnish on top.

Once the surface of the support is covered, let the varnish dry for about 30 minutes.

In a sheet of thick black paper, cut out the pumpkin's stem, eyes, and mouth.

Using white glue, stick the different elements onto the PVC sheet as shown in the photo.

Finally, cut out the outline of the pumpkin.

Stick your decorations on the windows with sticky paste.

The translucent tissue paper will let light through to create beautiful color effects!
