How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials:
To make a scarab, you need:
- Soft clay in purple, pink, black, yellow, and white
- A set of 3 modeling tools
Step 1:
Using purple modeling clay, shape a ball, an egg, and two wings.
Using pink modeling clay, shape eight small dots and a nose.
Using yellow modeling clay, shape two balls.
Using white modeling clay, shape two small dots.
And with black modeling clay, shape four legs and two small balls.
Tip: Don't hesitate to add a few drops of water to the clay to handle it more easily.
Step 2:
Glue the two small yellow balls onto the purple ball.
Step 3:
With the marker, make a hole in each yellow ball.
Step 4:
Stick the two small black balls on the yellow balls and then stick the two small white dots on the black balls.
Step 5:
Glue the pink modeling clay nose onto the purple ball.
Step 6:
Glue the four legs onto the purple modeling clay shaped like an egg.
Step 7:
Then paste the two purple wings.
Step 8:
Now stick the eight pink dots on the wings.
Step 9:
Finally, glue the beetle's head onto its body.
