How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Etape 1.
To make a rainbow smartphone holder, you will need:
- 4 cork sheets (25 x 15 x 1 cm)
- strong white glue
- a cutter
- acrylic paint and a brush
- 2 googly eyes Ø 2.5 cm
Etape 2.
Place your phone at mid-height on a first cork board.
Etape 3.
Trace the outline of the smartphone with a black marker.
If you want to be able to charge your smartphone while placing it in the holder, you also need to trace the outline of the charger.
Etape 4.
Cut the cork board with a cutter following the marked line.
Etape 5.
Place the first cork sheet on a second blank sheet.
Trace the outline of the charger with a marker, then lift both sides up to the top of the second cork sheet.
Cut the second sheet with a craft knife to achieve the same result as in the photo on the right.
Cut a third sheet of cork identical to the second.
Etape 6.
Glue the three cut plates together using plenty of strong white glue.
The result at this stage should be similar to the photo on the right.
Etape 7.
Decorate the 4th cork plaque with acrylic paint and let it dry for about ten minutes.
Etape 8.
Glue the 4th plate onto the first 3 using strong white glue.
Etape 9.
Glue 2 large googly eyes onto the rainbow to bring it to life.
Allow the glue to dry for about 12 hours before using the smartphone holder.
Etape 10.
The holder can now accommodate your smartphone!
