How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials:
To create this activity, you will need:
- a wooden fish
- a wooden board with holes
- green caterpillars
- large-hole plastic beads
- blue adhesive lace
- fine biodegradable glitter
- a precision glue pen
- a mobile eye Ø 2.5 cm
- white acrylic paint + a brush
- a glue gun
Step 1:
To start, paint the fish white.
Then let it dry for about 20 minutes.
Step 2:
Wrap the green caterpillars around a brush to create the seaweed of the ocean floor.
Step 3:
Stretch the caterpillars and thread large-hole plastic beads around
Step 4:
Insert the caterpillars on either side into the wooden hole support, like this.
Step 5:
Stick blue adhesive lace all around the wooden support.
Step 6:
Use a precision glue pen to draw a rounded area, then sprinkle with glitter.
Once dry, draw a new area and sprinkle with another color of glitter.
Continue this way until the fish is completely covered.
Step 7:
And finally, glue a 2.5 cm googly eye onto the fish, then attach the fish to the edge of the base with a hot glue gun.
