How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials
To create this easy craft, you will need:
- black cardstock (A4)
- white cardstock (A4)
- solid watercolor sticks
- glitter geometric stickers
- alphabet stickers
- a pair of scissors
- a glue stick
Step 1
Cut a strong white card (A4 size) into 2 parts.
Step 2
Color the half sheet using the yellow, orange, and white poster paint sticks to create a nice gradient that will be used to make the pumpkin.
Step 3
Cut an oval shape from the half-card to create the pumpkin.
Cut the top of the oval shape (= pumpkin hat).
Glue everything onto a black card as shown in the photo.
Important: leave a space of about 3 cm at the bottom of the black card.
Step 4
Color a piece of white card with the green poster paint, cut it out, and then glue the pumpkin's tail onto the hat.
Step 5
Cut out the mouth and pupils from a sturdy black card.
Cut out the eyes and then the teeth from a sturdy white card.
Assemble and glue the different cut-out shapes to create a funny pumpkin.
Step 6
Stick glitter stickers from the top of the sheet down to below the pumpkin's hat to simulate a burst of colorful candies.
Step 7
Each child can personalize their creation using alphabet stickers!
