Materials:
To decorate a tote bag, you will need:
- a cotton tote bag
- fabric markers
- adhesive stencils
- a sheet of paper or cardboard
Step 1:
To start, slide a sheet of paper or stiff cardboard inside the bag to prevent the ink from bleeding through the fabric.
Step 2:
In the center of the tote bag, write "SUPER TEACHER" with textile markers;
Step 3:
Stick the stencils of your choice directly onto the tote bag, around the phrase.
Step 4:
Color the inside of the stencils using fabric markers. Don't hesitate to mix colors for a cheerful and lively effect!
Step 5:
Carefully remove the stencils to reveal the patterns.
Allow to dry if necessary, then set the color by ironing the reverse side of the tote bag.
