How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials:
To make a walrus you need:
- a small kraft paper bag
- kraft paper sheets
- a brown pom-pom
- a bow tie sticker
- two wooden craft sticks
- two mobile eyes Ø 2.5 cm
- adhesive gel dots
- a tube of glue
- a black marker
- a circular cutter
- a cutting mat
- a pair of scissors
Step 1:
To begin, cut out the handles of the paper bag.
Step 2:
Next, glue 2 wooden popsicle sticks together using a tube of glue.
Step 3:
Use a rotary cutter to cut out 3 circles (Ø 12 cm) from kraft paper.
Tip: Place a cutting mat under the sheet to avoid damaging the table.
Step 4:
Next, cut two of the three circles in half, resulting in four half-circles and one circle.
Throw away one of the four half-circles and trim the corners of another.
Step 5:
Using glue stick, attach the circle to the top and the two semicircles to the base of the kraft paper bag.
Step 6:
Then, glue the semicircle with the cut corners over the full circle to form its snout.
Step 7:
Draw a line down the center of it and small dots on each side with a black marker.
Step 8:
Stick 2 googly eyes and a pompom to make the walrus's nose using adhesive gel dots.
Step 9:
Add a colorful finishing touch by sticking a bow sticker on the top of its face.
