This set includes six Lyra markers with dual tips: yellow, pink, lilac, blue, light blue and pastel green. One tip is fine, 1 mm wide, for drawing lines. The other is a brush tip, up to 5 mm wide, for blending and filling.
The water-based ink blends easily and softens as you work.
The soft colours suit sketchbooks, cards and delicate backgrounds. The fine tip draws details. The brush tip adds flat colour or gradients. A water brush can turn the marker into a light wash of watercolour. Standard drawing paper works well, and the water-based ink soaks through less than alcohol markers.
