How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials
To make a lovely bear board, you will need:
- a wooden log (Ø 8 to 11 cm)
- a round wooden base (Ø 18 cm)
- a sheet of kraft paper
- 2 googly eyes (Ø 2.5 cm)
- glittery leaf stickers
- wooden buttons
- wood glue
- a pair of scissors
- a black marker
- a picture hanger
Step 1
Cut out an oval shape (about 5 to 6 cm long) and 2 small ears from a sheet of kraft paper.
Draw the bear's snout and mouth on the oval shape using a black marker.
Step 2
Glue the paper shapes and 2 wiggle eyes onto the wooden log to bring a cute little bear to life.
Step 3
Glue the bear in the center of the round wooden board.
Step 4
Decorate the edge of the wooden base by gluing on glittery leaves and wooden buttons.
Step 5
Tip: Glue a picture hanger behind the wooden support to easily hang the children's creation. Add a small dot of glue on the picture hanger for a more durable attachment.
