How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials:
To create a chick basket, you will need:
- A white cardboard cup
- A chick beak and legs to plant
- Colored feathers
- Fabric flowers
- A fabric bow
- White adhesive lace
- Plastic buttons
- Yellow frizzy grass
- 2 movable eyes Ø 2.5 cm
- Acrylic paint and a brush
- Colored cardstock
- Gel adhesive dots (glue dots)
- A compass
- A pair of scissors
Step 1:
Paint the white cardboard cup with acrylic paint.
Let it dry for about 15 minutes.
Step 2:
Meanwhile, cut a strip of paper that is 1.5 cm wide and 21 cm long.
Step 3:
Glue a small fabric bow with an adhesive dot at the center of your strip.
Step 4:
Once the paint is dry, stick white adhesive lace on the bottom of the cup.
Step 5:
Using a compass, make two holes under the cup and insert the planting legs.
Step 6:
Make another hole now in the center of the cup and insert the planting spout.
Step 7 :
Make 2 final holes on the sides to insert the feathers.
Step 8:
Glue using movable eyes Ø 2.5 cm with adhesive dots.
Step 9:
Glue a plastic button to the center of a fabric flower.
Step 10:
Then paste everything onto the cup.
Step 11:
With the adhesive dots, glue the strip of paper inside the cup to create the handle of the basket.
Step 12:
Finally, place curly grass inside the cup to hold small chocolate eggs.
