For this, we will use the children's handprints to personalize each bauble, creating a unique and precious keepsake. Additionally, we will add delicate white feathers to this decoration, adding a touch of softness and whimsy.
An easy and educational craft suitable for children under 1 year old.
How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials:
To make a Christmas bauble, you will need:
- a transparent plastic bauble Ø 10 cm
- acrylic paint and a paintbrush
- white feathers
- a black marker
Step 1:
Apply acrylic paint inside the child's hand using a brush.
Step 2:
Quickly place the hand on a plastic half-ball, then press firmly to transfer the handprint onto the plastic.
Then wash the children's hands with water and soap before the paint dries.
Step 3:
Once the paint is dry, which takes about 30 minutes, personalize the imprint by adding the child's first name and age with a black marker.
Step 4:
Insert about 10 white feathers inside the ball.
Step 5:
Close the plastic ball and thread a golden cord through the designated hole, then through the silver 'hat'
Step 6:
And finally, tie the cord with a double knot.
