Easter Bunnies with Polystyrene Eggs
For Easter, turn polystyrene eggs into cute little bunnies.

How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials
List of materials needed to create an Easter rabbit:
- 6 cm polystyrene egg
- wooden skewer
- multi-surface paint + brush
- Funky Emotion eyes
- 2 pipe cleaners (length: 30 cm)
- 1 pompom
- ribbon
- strong white glue
- scissors
- black fine tip permanent marker
Step 1
To make it easier to paint the polystyrene egg, insert a skewer into the bottom of it.
Step 2
Paint the egg in your chosen color with multi-surface paint.
Let it dry for about 15 minutes.
Step 3
Cut 4 pieces of pipe cleaner:
- 2 pieces of 12 cm to create the ears
- 2 pieces of about 8 cm to create the legs
Step 4
Fold the 4 pieces of pipe cleaner in half.
Step 5
Place the 2 largest pieces of pipe cleaner at the top of the egg.
Step 6
Shape the caterpillars to create beautiful rabbit ears.
Step 7
Insert the 2 small pieces of pipe cleaners below the egg and bend them to form the rabbit's legs.
Step 8
Stick funky emotion eyes on the egg to create the rabbit's face.
Step 9
Draw the rabbit's face using a black permanent marker (fine tip).
Step 10
Glue a pom-pom to the back of the bunny using strong white glue.
Tip: You can glue it over the hole created by the skewer to hide it.
Step 11
Make a small bow with a ribbon.

Place a dab of glue at the center of the ribbon, then attach it to the base of the bunny's ears.
Step 13
Vary the colors and create many Easter bunnies!
