How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials
To complete this activity, you will need:
- a rectangular wooden base (12.5 x 8.5 cm)
- a round wooden base (Ø 8.5 cm)
- a half cardboard pot
- a wooden base with a slot
- a wooden word "Mom"
- pastel colored acrylic paint
- a paintbrush
- a small bouquet of artificial flowers
- a colored fabric bow
- adhesive rhinestones
- strong white glue
Step 1
Paint the rectangular base and the round base with acrylic paint.
Step 2
Once the paint is dry, glue the round support behind the rectangle so that only half of the circle protrudes.
Note: For instant adhesion of the attachments in this activity, you can use a glue gun!
Step 3
Glue the word "Mom" on the top semicircle and then glue the cardboard tube 5 mm from the bottom edge of the rectangle
Step 4
Insert the wooden support into the slot of the wooden base, then complete the decoration with 3 strips of adhesive rhinestones:
- one on the base
- a second on the top of the cardboard pot
- a third on the upper edge of the rectangular support
Step 5
Choose a small bouquet of artificial flowers in your preferred color, then bend the bottom of the stem about 2 to 3 cm as shown in the photo.
Step 6
Place the small bouquet in the cardboard pot to complete your creation.
