How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials:
To make a mermaid, you will need:
- a cardboard roll
- wool
- two small shells
- tissue paper
- satin roses
- rhinestone stickers
- two mobile eyes Ø 1.2 cm
- a black permanent marker
- double-sided tape 1 cm wide
- a glue gun
- a pair of scissors
Step 1:
To begin, cut out a rectangle of tissue paper measuring approximately 24 x 18 cm, then stick a piece of double-sided tape across the entire width.
Step 2:
Next, stick the piece of tissue paper around the cardboard roll using the adhesive tape applied in the previous step.
Step 3:
Twist the end of the tissue paper to create this shape, then secure it with a piece of tape.
Then give it a few snips with scissors to achieve a nice mermaid tail.
Step 4:

Now glue on two moving eyes (Ø 1.2 cm) with a glue gun and draw the mouth and eyelashes with a black permanent marker.
Step 5:

Glue 2 shells using a hot glue gun above the tissue paper.

Then stick small rhinestone stickers on the mermaid's tail to give it a shiny effect.
Step 7:
Next, wrap some yarn around a piece of cardboard about 27 cm long.

Cut the wool at both ends of the cardboard to obtain strands that will create the hair.
Step 9:

Then apply glue all around the top of the cardboard roll, and stick the wool like this.
Step 10:

Finally, glue a satin flower in the mermaid's hair using the glue gun.
