How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials:
To create this scene, you will need:
- 2 half spheres made of polystyrene Ø 4 and 6 cm
- 2 polystyrene cones 11 cm
- a wooden disc Ø 14 cm
- 3 small squirrel figurines
- round self-adhesive rhinestones
- red paint and a brush
- a skewer stick
- a utility knife
- a pair of scissors
- white glue
Step 1:
CAUTION this step may require the assistance of an adult.
Cut a polystyrene cone into two pieces using a cutter.
These pieces will be used to form the feet of the mushrooms.
Step 2:
Cut a piece of skewers. Insert one half into the cone and the other half into the polystyrene half-ball to form the hat.
Repeat the process to create a second mushroom.
Step 3:
Apply red paint to both half-spheres.
Then let dry for about 20 minutes.
Step 4:
Glue the mushrooms onto the 14 cm wooden slice with white glue. Then, glue the small squirrel figurines at the base of the mushrooms.
Step 5:
Glue colored rhinestones onto the red hats to add a magical touch to this little forest scene.
