How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials
To carry out this activity, you will need:
- a large wooden tree
- a log (Ø 14 cm)
- solid gouache sticks
- tree leaf stickers
- forest animal stickers
- a glue gun
Step 1
Decorate the 2 parts of the wooden tree with solid poster paint sticks.
- Use the brown stick for the trunk
- Use the red / yellow / orange / green sticks to create the tree's foliage.
Practice: the poster paint sticks are very opaque and the drying time is almost instant!
Step 2
Assemble the two parts of the tree.
Step 3
Complete the decoration by sticking leaf stickers on all sides of the tree.
Note: plan for about one sheet of stickers per tree if you want to decorate all sides.
Step 4
Glue the tree to the center of the wooden log using a glue gun.
Step 5
Decorate the tree trunk and log by sticking on forest animal stickers to create an adorable autumn scene full of life!
