How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Step 1
Using pink crepe paper and white crepe paper, cut a strip about 40 cm long and 4 cm wide.
Layer the two strips, and with precision scissors, cut petals to a depth of about 2.5 cm and a width of 3 cm per petal.
Step 2
Work the tip of each petal to give them a slightly rounded shape.
Tip: For a finer finish, use pinking shears to shape the petals as you wish.
Step 3
Take a florist's stem and wrap it with green crepe paper. Secure it with a hot glue dot at the ends.
Then, using the two overlapping petal strips, glue the start of the strip to the end of the stem, and then wrap the strips around the stem.
Step 4
Cut a strip from the green crepe paper, measuring 10 cm long and 4 cm high. Use scissors to cut the top part to create a zigzag effect.
Tip: Once the flower is glued, use a folding tool to work on each petal to open the flower fully and highlight each petal.
Step 5
Cut a green strip 1.5 cm wide to wrap around the stem. Using crepe paper, create 4 or 5 leaves about 9 cm high to attach to the stem later.
Glue the green strip around the stem, starting at the base of the flower and then gradually moving down.
Step 6
Gradually integrate the sheets by gluing the green strip.
Step 7
Repeat steps 1 to 6 to make additional flowers.
