How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials:
For this activity, you will need:
- a wooden squirrel and its base
- a terracotta pot Ø 6 cm
- rubber tree leaves
- small acorns
- green moss
- a small fabric bow
- ivory adhesive lace
- a mobile eye Ø 1.8 cm
- acrylic paint (brown and skin color) and a brush
- a glue gun
- a pair of scissors
Step 1:
To begin, paint the squirrel in brown and skin tone.
Then let it dry for 30 minutes.
Step 2:
Glue rubber tree leaves onto a clay pot Ø 6 cm.
Step 3:
Slide in some green foam and a few acorns inside the pot.
Step 4:
This step may be reserved for adults:
Glue the terracotta pot to the end of the wooden base with a hot glue gun.
Step 5:
Stick the ecru adhesive lace along the entire length of the base.
Step 6:
This step may be reserved for adults:
Glue on a mobile eye Ø 1.8 cm and then a small fabric bow using the hot glue gun.
Step 7:
And finally, insert the squirrel into the slot of the wooden base.
