The material:

Step 1

You can paint the wooden surface, or leave it unpainted. Here we have created a small gradient of blues.

Step 2

Create a beautiful gradient of blues, then use white to paint some clouds.

Step 3

Place the carbon paper on the wooden board, then place the downloadable drawing on top of the main photo. On the drawing, you will see red marks; trace over each mark with a pencil to transfer the marks onto the wood.

Now all that is left is to hammer the nails at each mark.

Connect the nails with the colored strings. To start, make a double knot, then return to the starting point when you have finished an area to secure the knot.

Proceed in this way with each color.

Attach the garland behind the frame. You can secure it with tape, putty, a dot of hot glue, or double-sided adhesive. Then thread the garland through the outline of the monglofiere to illuminate it.
