Discover today a tutorial to create a lovely yellow caterpillar using Soft Clay modeling dough!
This new generation of modeling clays is soft, lightweight, and elastic:

How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials:
To make a caterpillar, you will need:
- Soft clay in yellow, blue, orange, red, white, and black
- A set of 3 modeling tools
Step 1:
With red modeling clay, shape ten points.
With white modeling clay, shape four small points.
With orange modeling clay, shape ten legs, ten medium-sized points, and one ball.
With yellow modeling clay, shape six balls.
With blue modeling clay, shape three pointed sausages.
And with black modeling clay, shape two small balls.
Tip: Don't hesitate to add a few drops of water to the clay to handle it more easily.
Step 2 :
Glue the six yellow modeling clay balls together.
Step 3:
Using the marker, make two holes in the last yellow ball.
Glue the two small black balls into the holes and then glue the four small white dots onto the black balls.
Step 4:
Then paste the orange ball to form the nose.
Step 5:
Then glue the three pointed rolls like this to create a small crest.
Step 6:
Glue an orange dot on each yellow ball (except the head) on each side.
Step 7:
Glue a red dot onto each orange dot.
Step 8:
And finally, stick a leg under each orange dot.
