How to change the blades?
The gouges are easy to insert and remove from the wooden handle. To secure them, simply insert the end of the gouge into the handle and press lightly to secure the blade. To remove the gouge, reinsert the wooden stick and pull. Always be careful not to cut towards yourself, as the blades are particularly sharp.
Cutting precautions: always carve by cutting in a direction away from yourself to avoid accidents.
