How to make this craft step-by-step:
Product Details
To make this project, you will need:
- one white metal bucket
- 3 sheets of black paper (A4, 120 g/m²)
- 2 movable eyes (Ø 2.5 cm)
- double-sided adhesive tape
- a pair of scissors
- a white paint marker
Step 1
Fold one A4 sheet into an accordion as shown in the photo.
Here, the folds are about 3.5 cm apart.
Step 2
Fold the paper accordion in half and stick the two parts together with double-sided tape to form the first bat wing.
Step 3
Repeat the previous two steps to make the second bat wing.
Step 4
Attach the first wing to the side of the bucket, just behind the handle’s attachment point, using double-sided tape.
Step 5
Attach the second wing opposite the first.
Step 6
Cut out two ears, two black circles (Ø 3 to 4 cm) for eyes, and a mouth from a sheet of black paper.
Step 7
Stick the paper elements onto the bucket using double-sided tape.
Step 8
Stick the large movable eyes onto the black circles, then draw two pointed teeth with the white paint marker.
Step 9
Fill the bucket with Halloween treats!
