- a plastic cup
- a half-sphere of polystyrene Ø 9.5 cm
- ghost stickers
- bat stickers
- a powerful LED candle
- black chenille stems
- matte black acrylic paint
- a synthetic bristle brush
- a hot glue gun
- a wooden skewer
Step 1
Paint a half styrofoam sphere with matte black acrylic paint and let it dry for about 30 minutes
Tip : Insert a skewer underneath the half-sphere to paint the entire surface at once and avoid getting your fingers messy!
Step 2
Stick ghost stickers on the cup.
Step 3
Using a glue gun, attach the decorated cup to the half-sphere.
Step 4
Make small holes about 1 cm deep all around the cup using a skewer.
This will allow children to more easily insert the caterpillars into the polystyrene!
Step 5
Wrap four black caterpillars around a brush.
Step 6
Insert the tracks into the holes.
Step 7
Stick four bat stickers on the front of the half-sphere.
Step 8
Place an LED candle inside the cup so that the creation lights up in the dark!
