How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials
To make a gnome to hang on the Christmas tree, you will need:
- a large wooden bead (Ø 4 cm)
- a cork
- paint and a brush
- a mini knitted hat
- a mega colorful chenille
- a decorative mini gift
- 2 googly eyes (Ø 1.2 cm)
- rhinestone stickers
- string
- a hot glue gun
- a black marker
Step 1
Paint a bottle cap with acrylic paint and let it dry for about an hour.
This cap will be used to create the body of the elf.
Step 2
Glue the large wooden bead onto the cork stopper using a hot glue gun.
Step 3
Glue a small hat onto the wooden bead using the glue gun.
Step 4
Unfold the brim of the hat and then glue it to the bead to enlarge it.
Step 5
Glue on 2 googly eyes and then draw a nice smile with a black marker.
Step 6
Stick 2 small rhinestone stickers under the eyes and 3 or 4 stickers on the cap.
Step 7
Glue a small decorative gift to the side of the cap using the hot glue gun.
Step 8
Cut a mega caterpillar in half and wrap it around the gnome's neck to create a soft scarf.
Step 9
Cut a piece of string 20 cm long, make a double knot around the pompom, then tie the two pieces of string together.
This way you can hang this lovely little elf on the Christmas tree.
