How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials:
To make a marbled Christmas tree, you will need:
- a template to download / print
- shaving foam
- drawing inks
- pipettes
- a squeegee
- a PVC tray
- a pair of scissors
- a wooden skewer
- a plastic protective mat
- rhinestones
- a spool of thread
- a hole punch
Step 1:
Step 2:
Place shaving foam in a PVC tray.
Step 3:
Using a pipette, add a few drops of ink in the color of your choice to the shaving foam.
Step 4:
Take a wooden skewer and draw random shapes to mix the ink with shaving foam and achieve a marbled effect.
Step 5:
Dip the tree into the shaving foam, ensuring that the entire sheet is well submerged to achieve a nice uniform finish.
Step 6:
Use a plastic spatula to remove the excess paint from the model.
Step 7:
Once dry, add rhinestones to the tree.
Step 8:
Finally, make a hole with a hole punch, then add a knotted string so it can be hung on the tree.
