Paper Rocking Shark
Discover a new craft to do with kids. With a sheet of paper, they will learn how to make a shark that they can rock! A simple craft activity with a super fun result!

How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Material:
To make a shark you need:
- A thick blue sheet of paper
- Two googly eyes (Ø 1.8 cm)
- Blue and white gouache
- A foam stamp
- A plastic tray
- A black permanent marker
- A pair of scissors
- A tube of glue
- A pencil
- A circular cutter
- A cutting mat
Step 1:
First, cut out a circle from a sheet of thick blue paper.
Tip: Use a rotary cutter and a cutting mat to achieve a perfect circle.
Step 2:
Fold the circle in half.
Step 3:
In a plastic container, mix blue gouache with white gouache to achieve a lighter blue.
Step 4:
Then blot the rounded part of the folded circle to form the belly of the shark.
Then let it dry for 20 minutes.
Step 5:
Cut out a side fin, a tail, and a dorsal fin from the scraps of blue paper.
Tip: Draw the shapes with a pencil before cutting them out.
Step 6:
Open the circle in half and then glue the tail inside as shown in the photo.
Step 7:
Glue the dorsal fin.
Step 8:
Fold the side fin in half and then glue it.
Step 9:
Glue the two movable eyes Ø 1.8 cm.
Step 10:
And finally, draw a mouth and the gills of the shark.
You can also draw eyelashes to emphasize the cute side of this creation !
