In this easy creative activity, we will show you a tip to make beautiful flowers using paper cupcake liners. To complete this lovely floral composition, which you can give as a gift for Mother's Day, we will use pretty antique vases made from thick card to add undeniable charm to the children's artwork!
Folding, cutting, and gluing are on the agenda for this craft activity that will captivate the children.
How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Matériel
Pour fabriquer un joli tableau fleuri il faut :
- une grande feuille de papier couleur (35 x 50 cm)
- des vases en carte forte
- des caissettes colorées en papier
- des gommettes rondes
- des gommettes alphabet
- un bâton de colle
- une paire de ciseaux
Step 1
Glue a sturdy cardboard vase onto a large sheet of colored paper.
Step 2
We will use paper cups to create beautiful flowers.
To do this, start by folding a cup in half to create a semicircle.
Step 3
Fold the entire piece in 3 by first bringing down the right side...
Step 4
... then the left side to create a "triangle."
Step 5
Round the corners using a pair of scissors to create lovely petals.
Step 6
Unfold the cup to reveal the flower.
Make about 10 flowers, varying the colors.
Step 7
Create a beautiful floral arrangement by gluing the paper flowers with a simple glue stick.
Step 8
Stick a round sticker in the center of each flower for a nice finish.
Step 9
Use alphabet stickers so the children can personalize the boards with a name.
