In this easy Halloween-themed activity, children will be able to create funny glowing monsters using a cup and an electric candle! In this craft, they will use ink instead of paint to achieve beautiful effects on the cups.
On Halloween night, simply turn on the electric candles to make these little monsters sparkle in the dark.

How to complete this tutorial step by step?
Materials:
To make a luminous monster you will need:
- a white cardboard cup
- drawing ink + a brush
- an electric candle
- a pair of funny eyes to stick on
- 9 caterpillars
- round adhesive rhinestones
- adhesive soft rubber
- a skewer (or a toothpick)
- a pair of scissors
Step 1:
Paint a cardboard cup with drawing ink.
Then let it dry for 20 minutes.
Step 2:
Wrap eight 30 cm caterpillars around a brush.
Step 3:
Make eight holes in the base of the cup with a skewer.
Step 4:
Plant the eight caterpillars in the holes.
Step 5:
Using a skewering stick, make 1 (or two depending on the model) holes and insert a pair of funny eyes to stick.
Step 6:
Punch 2 holes on the sides of the cup using a skewer.
Then insert a piece of chenille about 20 cm through the 2 holes.
Step 7:
Cut out a mouth shape from soft adhesive rubber.
Step 8:
Place your mouth on the cup, leaving room for the nose.
Step 9:
Paste round adhesive rhinestones all around the cup.
Step 10:
And finally, using a wooden pencil, make 1 hole between the eyes and the mouth.
Then insert the "flame" of the electric candle through the inside of the cup.
